Hi Julie,I am using an NC2-6A5 currently I have the device offline right
now. I had another device that has been offline and I plugged it in and
that one is streaming now. But it is not added to my Home app.
I tried to message support and get a call back. The chat site is a 404
error and they did call me back only to say there was no one available
to take my call.
