Chromecast suddenly stopped working

plus I cannot 勺 ANY post. I updated my iPad software this afternoon, but Chromecast failed connecting to my iPad before that. I updated, rebooted Everything, reinstalled Home! Finally got here.

I just visited a page of new posts. A slew of people are reporting Chromecast failing to connect, me included. Looks like a Google problem.
