I did the factory reset, before being advised not to...my chromecast is
connecting to my Home app, but then I get the error message about
authorisation still, more than a week after the initial failure.
Sine last night, was thrown off Chromecast and not been able to
reconnect. I've unistalled HOME app, I've factory reset
chromecast...tried everything and about 16 hours later still get this
message " not able to authenticationyour chromecast"
