I did ALL of that.Reset WiFi.Change modem to factory settings.Change
Chromecast to factory settings.Reinstall the Home app.Try it on
different TV sets.Restart everything, once and again.Nothing of all
these worked.The connection starts and the cellph...
Mine has suffered exactly the same. Not only one Chromecast, but TWO.The
other Chromecast is working ok.I reset my wifi, restore factory settings
on Chromecast and the WiFi modem. Changed password, reinstall the Home
app.NOTHING HAS WORKED.
