Thanks for the update. We are very interested to see a solution. Perhaps you might change the support page to recommend not doing a factory reset as many of us followed those instructions and have done so already.

I'm still seeing the error message as well. Worked on it a bit yesterday, then did a factory reset. Just tried again, and it's still not working.
