How much longer do we have to wait for the issue to be fixed for those
of us that reset the device. I was told when I rung customer care that
this would be resolved in 24 to 48 hours 6 days ago and it has not been.
I want a refund of my device replac...
I was advised by the Google customer care team to factory reset, which I
did. How much longer will it be till there is help for those of us that
have done a factory reset?
I am still not able to connect to my Gen 2 Chromecast in New Zealand.
Have tried everything and did a factory reset last night as instructed
by customer services before seeing not to. Is this close to being fixed?
