Exactly! did they change FAQ page already to not do that? like a thick
red banner on top saying that 2nd gen devices experiencing an issue, and
thus owners should not follow FAQ, and NOT reset their devices?
Maybe the next time, acknowledge the issue and issue the warning a bit
earlier than that?Already reset. BTW, your users are conditioned by now
to hit reset. I don't think I need to elaborate why is that.
