Probably takes some time to show up, as updates usually are distributed
in delayed manner, so that servers wont choke up. I've sometimes
received updates that are released months before, even though I've
manually checked updates just week ago.
Google has issued an update for Google Home that should help with
connecting to resetted Chromecast. Update Google Home to version
3.30.1.6 on Android or 3.30.106 [Wide] on iOS.

of continue complaining.Yes, Chromecast is no longer made. Its successor
is Google TV, which is more expensive device, nearly thrice the price of
what Chromecast was.
