My friend has two of these devices and they started working again
yesterday afternoon (GMT) so we're just waiting for the mitigation
process for factory reset devices. They just need to get on with it.
Ok, so how long does it take to renew an expired certificate and update
your users? I could be wrong but it seems like it should take 30 minutes
max. Or is the certificate excuse a convenient smoke screen for
something more serious?
