Have done factory reset from app. Now nothing can connect. I am post major surgery! Help me PLEASE!!!!!!

My audio is still not working. Have unplugged/plugged back in, checked app is up to date, checked tv volume & still nothing? Help please

Is there another update re the audio fix? It's been 5 days....can cast but no audio
