When can we expect a fix for people who hit factory reset? Can you send
out an email...its incredibly frustrating having to check here multiple
times a day.
Unfortunately, I followed your help pages which told me to hit the
factory reset button (according to comments on Facebook and Reddit, I'm
not the only one)...hope there will a fix for this too!
