How the hell did you not expect customers to try factory reset their
chromecast (as I did) because you waited how many days to actually make
any comments or give us feedback advising us like within hours of it

It’s a bit late to tell us not to perform a factory reset bcuz of course
I ended up doing that within a few hours of the first day it happened!
Why didn’t you warn us sooner like within the first hour of you
discovering the problem?! I hope I can fix...
