If you use Twitter go to @madebygoogle. Screen shot your weak
connection/offline and send @madebygoogle a private message.
@madebygoogle responded quickly and is aware of the weak connection

Google seems not to care about their product because Google has not
responded to the issue with their Nest WiFi going offline but for the
rest of us it a constant 48 hrs. restart the Nest WiFi network so the
Nest WiFi points have a Great Connection
