I did a factory reset (well, several ) but was able to reconnect my
device by changing the date on my phone to 7 March and then setting it
up. Hopefully this works.
So you waited almost a week to tell people to not factory reset, when
you otherwise encourage factory resets in case of any issue? The comms
on this situation have been very poor and disappointing. I, like many
others, didn't even receive an email.
