I have had my nest thermostats for about 3 years. Does the battery in
the thermostat eventually die? Are you supposed to replace it? Or is
this just the life expectancy of the thermostat?
Mine just literally went out too. Found an aftermarket battery on Amazon
and watched a video on YouTube of how to replace it. Think I will give
it a try.
