Someone else added my ticket to this question. When I enter the id from the chromecast I come from the third generation. 7114103ODVUN. But I'm new here so I'll just wait here.

I can't set up my chromecast anymore after I did a full factory reset. I keep getting the message "Can't communicate with your Chromecast"
