Thank you for your help. I tried changing the date on my phone but it's
not prompting me to set up the device and connect to WiFi. Any other
suggestions? I haven't completed a factory reset.
How can I reconnect the device to WiFi without completing a factory
reset? My device will not connect to WiFi since the issue was
identified. I've tried unplugging the device to reset the device.
