Re: I'm trying to get a key from my Nest and it's saying its already connected. App doesn’t work

I am the original owner of 3 thermostats. When I go to the seetings => Nest App, it says the thermostat is already on an account. When I pull the face of the thermostat to scan code and/or get the entry key, there is none.
