You can re-install it by setting the date on your phone to 8th of March.
That wont fix the issue with the streaming, but at least you can
re-install your unit again.
I did a factory reset on my unit and experienced the issue of not being
able to re-install it from my phone. But after changing the date to 8th
of March on my phone i was able to complete the installation (still cant
