I agree. I will be returning the doorbell as I don’t see how this can be fixed through software updates…

I experienced the same battery issue when the weather was around 0*C. I exchanged it for a second doorbell and it had the same issue. Might just buy the nest hello since based on other forums, it doesn’t have a low temperature issue like the battery ...

Would be great to hear your experience. I have the same issue and google reps have not been helpful at all…
