Interesting. Are u in the U.S.? I plugged and unplugged all last night still no update 

Can you explain how you're receiving the update? I did the factory reset last night for both devices and still no update currently. I left both devices connected to my TV in on mode. I'm happy for u tho

Is factory reset recommended?
