Google Nest Community

Both my chrome cast audios are "offline" I haven't reset them other than a powering them off and on again. How will they receive the update if they are offline?

Hi, mine doesn't even connect so not sure what to do, it's just showing as unavailable. Any thoughts on how I get it to connect again?
