I called customer support and did a reset. Problem was still happening.
They recommend returning the product and getting a new one. I did not
return the product since I determined I had a seating issue with the

I just purchased 3rd Gen today and am having the same issue...out of the
box. We checked the voltage on R and it is reading above 24 volts.
Appears the last software was in October...Anybody have any new info??
