Is there another global blockage now in july? My chromecast is suuddenly not working again.

Hello, I factory reset my chromecast then applied the date setting technique and it was reinstalled and it downloaded an update which took a few minutes, but it still won’t work, so do I have a problem or is the fix not released yet
