Hi,my heat link isnt working its just stop working and I have it only over a year.is there any chance I can get a replacement please?!Thanks!

Hi,I tried to hold it even for longer than 30 sec but it doesn't come up any led and no lights at all.could you tell me what can I do please?Thanks!
