Nest Home says Hulu/Netflix/YTTV aren't linked but Home App says they are

I have unlinked and re-linked the accounts, rebooted the Chromecast I'm trying to cast to but so far I can't do anything but cast Spotify to my Chromecast.

I decided to hook my Roku back up instead of messing around with this chromecast right now.
