If you update your Google Home App. It does work. After several attempts
at it I noticed I had more than one home listed in app. I deleted every
one and rebooted my Chromecast, it then updated also and I created a new
home in the app. Works perfectly

I finally found phone number to Google support and I was told the new
update to Home hasn't resolved the issue even though I'm blogs they say
