Can you pleasegive us more updates. It has been a week and we haven't
heard anything since Thursday! What is going on, when can we expect
things to be fixed?
Any update on this? We've now been unable to watch TV for a week! Would
be great to have a timeline, especially for those of us who performed a
factory reset early days based on the advice on these forums.
