My apologies. I did not have a W5 error. I couldn't sync the nest app to
the new install. After resetting the thermostat I just connected to my
wifi with no issue. Again sorry for the confusion.
I just fixed mine! I scrolled to software version. The latest is 6.1, I
noticed the one that wasn't connecting was version 6.0. I updated the
software on the device, I reset the nest app, I tried to connect and
boom it did! Good luck on your end! Hop...
