Just tried GarrettDS' solution - "tap the room location once..." Did not
work. Tried on two different items (one connect and one Nest/Yale lock)
multiple times. Suggest you don't lock this discussion until a viable
and proven solution is available.
Experiencing the same frustration without any solution. Cannot add
existing Nest/Yale locks w/o crashing in IOS even though I was
successful in adding Nest Connects for them.
