Chromecast not showing when I'm connected to the same WiFi network :(

My Chromecast is all set up but it won't register that it's connected to the same Wi-Fi network. I'm using a Nokia FastMile Gateway with Optus.

Nope, I've cancelled the Optus 5G and I'm going elsewhere.

I'm just going to cancel mine and go to NBN. It's terrible anyway

I contacted Optus today about the issue and they advised there's a known fault with the compatibility of the two devices... So no fix.
