Sending a desperate cry for help to the @GoogleNestTeam. There so many
valid and sensible questions in this thread and there has been no
response from Google. Please provide an update on the current situation
and start addressing questions one by one...
I don't think any law suit will succeed. I'm sure Google terms and
conditions protect them. Suggest just leaving an honest public review
somewhere so that prospective customers don't waste their money as we
have.
