same! this morning, it worked on both my old google home mini and my
nest mini. first time in months. it still played KCRW 2 (which is their
24 hour music - internet station) and not the live broadcast of KCRW FM
Los Angeles... so still not 100%. but...
how do you do that? log a case with Google support? i say to the speaker
"send feedback" and then complain. but what other ways are there?fwiw. i
have google mini and google nest and none of them work so it seems it's
the whole dang product line and ...
fascinating. i have google home minis and they often will not receive
something "cast" to them. i always assumed it was a bug but now i
understand! i think it's time we all got together for a big bonfire!
today i gave up on google! instead i made an automation on my iphone (go
to the shortcuts app and click the automations tab). my shortcut is
"when my wakeup alarm is stopped, play kcrw". i had already created a
shortcut that defined what "play kcrw" ...
