I'm trying to connect my Thorn TV to the Chromecast remote but I can't find it. Any solutions?

I have tried some other brands in "Set Up Remote Buttons" but no success till. Anyone faced similar situation and solved the issue? Any suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thank You!!!
