Update for TuneIn in the US -- started working as of this morning
Tuesday 5/13! I see that my Nest Hub Max has a new firmware from the old
"2201" problem-firmware -- new "good" one is 26.20250116.103.2600.
I'm in the US, but I couldn't find TuneIn under any of my linked apps,
either under Radio, Music, or Video, etc. Only SiriusXM was listed as an
option under the radio section. It seems like TuneIn is kinda "baked in"
or something?
Interesting -- in my Home settings it looks like I am not even enrolled
in the Public Preview. So I guess I can't try "leaving" it in attempt to
move to the 1900601 version, unfortunately.
It was actually April 18 for me as well. Seems like the Nest Hub +
TuneIn is such a common pair that Google would have noticed and raised
the priority on this issue by now.
I have been unable to play TuneIn since Next Hub Max firmware update
26.20250116.103.2201 that apparently came out 4/13. Have also tried
everything - it must be this firmware. TuneIn will load, play two
commericials, but then stall and timeout back t...
