It's under Settings/Services in the Home app, scroll to the right. I
think it's for Premium services, not really needed to stream from TuneIn
or iHeart.. neither of which appear in my home app but they work just
fine if I want to stream a radio stati...

Nothing special, was just walking by it yesterday and asked it to play
680News and poof.. all good! Working this morning too. I have 2 nest
hubs, both are streaming on TuneIn again.
Just for fun, I checked a few minutes ago and TuneIn (Canada) is working
on my nest hub for CFTR-FM which is 680 News Toronto. Will see if it
keeps working
