I received an email from Google support about this over a week ago, but
have had no further response when I provided the requested information
about my Nest device.
I have completed the form, but I would rather we were able to continue
with the Nest app. My system works perfectly, saves me money and keeps
my house warm.
I have not received the code at all, so was wondering the same, I need
to set up a new thermostat with remote support for periods we are away
from home
