Moving to a new Gen 4 Nest due to the support changes, are there any wiring changes for the base.

I am taking advantage of the discount to upgrade my old nest (Gen 1 or 2) to the Gen 4. Can I remove it from the base on the wall and pop the new one on, or will I need to change the base of the unit as well?I currently have (not sure if this is 1st ...
