I have not factory reset the mini yet, shall I do that or is there any

Hi Jake, I still have the same issue, randomly it says the mic is off
/the mic is on without me touching the mic key. I have unplugged the

Hi Jake, I am going to plug it back on now and see if it still has the
mic on/off issue. I will let you know how it goes, was there a recent
software fix for this?back
There are a lot of folks complaining about the same issue, wonder if it
is a software or hardware issue? Google doesn't seem to be taking any
responsibility for this common issue.
