I got a new nest after going through customer support but it's still not
connecting to an old heat link so I'll try the new one. Did anyone who
got a new one find it still didn't work? If you haven't managed to sort
this customer support should be ab...
I'm the same as some of the others. I went through customer support.
They said they were aware of it and would send an update on the
situation in a bit and then offered to send a one time replacement
instead
I've had a similar issue. I tried charging with a USB but it then comes
up with a message saying to connect it to the base (where it isn't
charging). I normally leave it hooked into the power all the time.
