Still not working for me either, even after quite an in depth investigation by Google support, which has gone quiet now

I'm having exactly the same issue. Google support are looking into it but havent resolved it yet despite rolling out a supposed fix.

I have found a fix for my situation and it might help others. I have 3 nest cams and 2 of them would work through my TV but not the Nest Hello. I found the only difference in settings was the quality the Hello was set to, tunrs out it needs to be set...
