I bought them just over a year ago, so not sure if that made a
difference. I spoke to them on their chat function and explained the
situation and they sorted it pretty quickly..
I was pretty annoyed by it too, but I contacted Amazon who I'd purchased
mine from a few days ago and explained the situation and they're taking
them back with a full refund.
