I can no longer login to my nest.home account to see my clips for deletion.

Cannot login to my nest.home account on my desktop to see clips for deletion anymore. Tried changing passwords, tried login with google, keep getting the runaround. WHY?? (NOTE: None of the items in the dropdown lists are appropriate) .
