Google Nest Community

Has anyone else tried this and can confirm that it works?

I'm having exactly the same issue as described above. Brand new nest floodlight. Everything works fine and appears fine - I just can't access settings for the floodlight. Same message "can't connect".Tried reset and all of the above suggestions.
