OMG, it finally works! I followed the steps that Dukekim1 suggested:1.
Remove camera device from Home app2. Pull the camera off the magnet base
(leaving it connected and powered up) and pressed the little button in
the back in with a Phillips head sc...
Same issue here. I tried removing and re-adding to no effect. I'll try
the additional "reset button" technique that Dukekim1 suggested and
