None of our devices are working with this app, can someone please help us figure out an alternative option.

I'm experiencing the same issue and it's quite frustrating. We've been loyal to Google and their products for years, I have your phone, this should NOT be an issue. I hope they can resolve the issue ASAP before I'm forced to buy an Alexa.
