Google Nest Community

Now my NestCam has again crashed after 5 days, I had transferred from Nest to Google Home last month. Google techs does not seem to be interested in fixing the problem nor are they compensating the Nestcam owners.

Now my Nest cam is working ok for the past 4 days after transferring to Google home. Before it used to crash within few hours and I had to restart.

My Camera on the Nest App is working, but the camera which I transferred to Google Home works for few hours and goes offline. Then I have to restart it again and it is useless now. Google has to replace the camera.
