I actually signed in with an entirely new account which automatically
removed the "ghost" thermostat. I set everything up again fresh, and
still have the same issue. The Nest Thermostat showing in the app is
still not functioning from the app, nor ca...
Is there any way you can keep us up-to-date about the issue? I've got a
30 day return that is up on 8/5/25 so I need to make a decision whether
to keep it or not. If it's not working on the app I don't want to deal
with it.
Same thing happened to me. I've done literally everything possible to
