Thanks @philguk. I chuckle at the "high priority" as it's been broken for 8 days. It's likely to be broken more than the 10 days of history they load in the app. Ecobee is looking more appealing by the month.

Same here. Number of users; it seems to have impacted the monthly report too. Hoping it updates in the next couple days.
