I second that please let them know it needs to be fixed. 

Can confirm Steam has the same issue. This definitely seems like a common Google TV Streamer problem

I also have the same issue with Moonlight and Google TV Streamer. I will test out Steam later today. I did not have this issue with my Nvidia Shield 2019 Tube.
